Colors, flavors and people: touches of Shfar'am, and more
Who hasn’t passed northbound in the area of the Mobile Junction? But he never thought of visiting and getting to know the people of the area and its sites…
Let me take you on a culinary cultural journey right next to your home, but so interesting, surprising and especially delicious!
We will start the day with an Bedouin breakfast by nahal Zippori at the Khaldi family,
And from there we will continue to the city that boasts an ancient compound where a synagogue is staying together near a church and a mosque, that is, Shfar’am.
We will walk and visit the ancient part, and tell about the local history while sipping excellent coffee, special ice cream and more…
From Shfar’am we will look a little bit to Daoud’s ancient courtyard in the village of Iblin, and end with lunch at a local restaurant.
The trip takes five or six hours, some by car, some on foot…
